New Horizon is a privately-owned real estate firm, dedicated to investment and development of property in China. We acquire and execute our projects in close cooperation with a select group of capital partners. We also sponsor, structure and manage the associated investment vehicles and project entities to assure smooth in-bounding of capital, repatriation of profits, and maximum after-tax returns to our investors.
We add value to China real estate for our capital partners through the acquisition of non-competitive opportunities, superior execution and risk management, tax-advantaged investment structures, and by strategic application of our relationships to the projects we acquire. We execute our projects independently or by partnering with other uniquely capable local organizations.
